Pay

• $44 - $50 per hour

Competitive Pay: A premier hourly rate of $44.00 – $50.00.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including screenings, cleanings, and periodontal treatments.
• Patient Engagement: Use your "sunny" personality to build rapport with patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable throughout their visit.
• Software Management: Utilize Eaglesoft for accurate patient charting, scheduling, and digital record-keeping.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to maintain a smooth, organized office flow.
• Practice Contribution: Actively participate in team huddles and contribute ideas to enhance the patient experience and office efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensure: Must hold a current and valid State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Eaglesoft is required.
• Personality Traits: We are specifically looking for someone organized, enthusiastic, and energetic. A positive attitude is a must!
• Interpersonal Skills: You must genuinely enjoy working with people and possess excellent communication skills.
