Job summary

Pearl Dentistry of Moon is seeking a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join a growing practice in Coraopolis. You will perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments, periodontal charting, and preventive care, while using modern technology and maintaining patient comfort.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate up to $55, with a sign-on bonus and opportunities for continuing education within an amazing team culture. Schedule is Monday to Thursday with excellent health benefits.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed dental hygienist with CPR/BLS and radiography certification.
• Minimum 1 year of dental office experience.
• CPR, BLS, and local anesthesia certification as required by state law.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and periodontal charting.
• Provide cleanings, scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance.
• Take diagnostic radiographs and communicate findings to the doctor.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Maintain infection control and accurate charting.

Pay

Requirements

• License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist, X-ray / Radiography Certification
• Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental hygienist with 1+ years of practice

Certifications: Current Registered Dental Hygienist license, local anesthesia certification (if required by state law), CPR certification, and X-Ray Certification.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a dental office.

Skills: Excellent communication, patient education skills, and the ability to work efficiently while providing exceptional care.

Attributes: Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Preferences

Experience: 1 year of Eaglesoft experience.
