Job summary

Beautiful Smiles by Design Dentistry | McCallie Ave Office in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to deliver preventive care using modern dental technology and to empower patients with individualized oral health education.

You will work across multiple locations, performing prophylaxis, radiographs, and periodontal screenings while providing home-care guidance to support long-term oral health.

Qualifications

• Licensed dental hygienist in good standing.
• State license for Tennessee or Georgia as required by location.
• CPR, BLS and radiography certifications are required.
• Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certifications are preferred.
• Expanded Functions Dental Hygienist certification where applicable.
• Infection control certification and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive preventive oral care across multi-location practice sites.
• Administer prophylaxis cleanings, perform periodontal screenings, and capture digital radiographs.
• Provide targeted patient education on home care routines to support long-term oral health.

• Monday to Friday

Monday to Friday operating schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with standard daily lunch breaks.

Requirements

• License & Certification: Licensed dental hygienist
• State License: Valid Dental Hygienist license in Tennessee or Georgia is required depending on practice location.
