Job summary

Cabot Dental PLLC in Beverly, MA is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused team. You will perform dental cleanings, take radiographs, educate patients on oral health, and support dentists with diagnostics in a busy private practice.

Must hold an active MA RDH license, CPR/BLS certifications, and comply with infection control standards. We offer a competitive hourly rate ($53–$57), a 401(k), PTO, dental insurance, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Massachusetts.
• Active CPR Certification (CPR/BLS).

Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, while ensuring patient comfort.
• Diagnostic Support: Take high-quality dental radiographs and assist the dentist in identifying oral health issues.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care.
• Health Assessment: Review patient histories, perform screenings, and document clinical findings accurately.
• Infection Control: Maintain a sterile workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
