Hanson Family Dental in Hanson, MA is seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered team in a brand-new facility. You will perform cleanings, educate patients, and support the dentist with chairside procedures using up-to-date equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth.

• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate records in Dentrix software.
• Assist the dentist during procedures as necessary, providing support with instruments and materials.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Work effectively with patients, creating a comfortable environment for all ages during their visits.
