Qualifications

• Valid state license required to practice as a dental hygienist.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, and polishing.
• Accurately chart patient dental history and maintain records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Assist as directed by the dentist and administer local anesthetics when permitted.
