Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the applicable state required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols.
