Ryan Dental is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team in Olathe, KS. This full-time role emphasizes preventative care, patient education, and building lasting patient relationships within a collaborative practice.

The position features a Monday-Thursday schedule with compensation ranging from $45.00 to $50.00 per hour. Prior licensed hygienist status and CPR/BLS certification are required, with a focus on high-quality clinical care.

• Active dental hygienist license in the applicable state required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing.
• Conduct periodontal charting and thorough patient assessments.
• Take and review digital radiographs (X-rays).
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventative treatments.
• Identify and communicate areas of concern to the doctor.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Create a comfortable and positive experience for patients.
