TIMOTHY P PEREZ LLC is seeking a qualified Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. You will provide top-notch dental care, screen patients, perform cleanings, and assist dentists with exams and procedures. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience and current licensure.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Current Dental Hygienist licensure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients into the treatment area and ensure comfort.
• Discuss care plan with patients and answer questions.
• Prep sterilized equipment for exams and procedures.
• Take vital signs and record medical histories.
• Perform preliminary exams and collect oral health histories.
• Evaluate for gum disease, cavities, and infection.
• Remove plaque and apply fluoride.
• Teach good oral hygiene techniques.
• Create dental impressions.
• Take X-rays.
• Assist dentist during procedures and exams.
• Adhere to health, safety regulations and office policies.
