Job summary

Sonrava Health in Florida is seeking an enthusiastic dental hygienist who loves educating patients and building lasting relationships. You will provide preventive care, perform prophylaxis, scaling, and patient instruction to help communities achieve healthier smiles.

Qualifications

• A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Excellent verbal skills to communicate professionally with patients and staff.
• Ability to travel between locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral hygiene services including thorough and gentle prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polish restorations, and fluoride/sealant applications.
• Accurately chart a review of patient dental history and update as necessary, patient's periodontal health, record provided treatment, and handle patient records securely and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide assistance as directed by the dentist.
• Administer local anesthetics, if allowed by dental practice act.
