Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a licensed dental hygienist to provide preventive care, diagnostics, and evidence-based treatment in a patient-centered environment.

You will educate patients, collaborate with dentists and hygienists, stay current with new technologies, and enjoy company-paid CE and a supportive workplace. The Friday 8 AM–2 PM shift offers potential for extended hours and meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Licensed dental hygienist with passion for patient care and education.
• Active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive care, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Collaborate with dentists and dental hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
