Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing.
• Conduct periodontal charting and patient assessments.
• Take and review digital radiographs (X-rays).
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care.
• Communicate areas of concern to the doctor and document findings.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection control protocols.
