Job summary
Partridge Dental Prof Corp in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our small, family-oriented practice. You will perform prophylaxis, scaling/root planing, apply fluoride and sealants as needed, and communicate findings with the patient and dentist.

Qualifications
- Illinois license as dental hygienist; CPR certification preferred.
- Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and patient history documentation.
- Experience with Eaglesoft, digital radiography and EMR systems.
Responsibilities
- Prophylaxis and scaling/root planing within one-hour appointments.
- Apply fluoride and sealants when indicated.
- Screen for oral disease and perform periodontal charting.
- Communicate findings with patient and dentist.
- Collaborate to ensure efficient office operations and care.
