Job summary

Neighborhood Health in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Dental Hygienist to provide professional dental hygiene care for clinic patients following established standards and HIPAA policies, while maintaining patient confidentiality and a compassionate, community-focused approach.

You will screen patients, perform preventative services, document records, and collaborate with the dental team to meet productivity goals and deliver high-quality care in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Education / Training - Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Experience: Experience in a clinic setting preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Indiana State Dental Hygiene License. CPR Certified.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients, review medical/dental histories.
• Provide preventative oral health services and educate patients.
• Maintain records and charts; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with Chief Dental Officer to meet productivity goals.
• Assist in sterilization and maintenance of instruments.
