Job summary

PDS Health seeks a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our California team in San Jacinto. You will provide preventive dental care aligned with our clinical culture and educate patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health.

In this role you will ensure patient comfort, maintain accurate records, and stay current with new advances in dental hygiene through ongoing training. You will participate in team meetings and uphold company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dental hygiene.
• Preferred: strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient care and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist clinical culture.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection.
• Ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing training.
• Actively participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.
