Job summary

PDS Health in California is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide preventive dental care, educate patients on oral hygiene, and support a patient-centered approach within our integrated care team.

You will maintain accurate patient records, stay current with advancements in dental hygiene, participate in team meetings, and comply with regulatory standards while delivering the PPE in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dental hygiene.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient care and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist clinical culture.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection.
• Ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing training.
• Actively participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.
