Job summary

Qualifications

• Provides age-specific patient education on oral hygiene, home care and nutrition.
• Examination of oral tissues, periodontal therapy, polishing, topical fluoride, and x-rays.
• Manages patient schedule and coordinates prevention activities.

Responsibilities

• Examination of oral tissues and periodontal therapy.
• Coronal polishing of teeth and topical fluoride application.
• Maintain supplies and sterilization of instruments.
• Coordinate and conduct dental prevention activities (sealants, Head Start clinics).
