Compensation and Schedule

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Thursday
• Pay: Starting at $58/hr, commensurate with experience and skills
• Bonuses: Monthly bonus program available

Key Qualifications

• Laser Certification: Bonus if certified to use dental lasers (not required)
• Anesthesia: Bonus if enrolled in an anesthesia course (not required)
• Clinical Skills: Demonstrated excellence in dental procedures
• Operatory Productivity: Strong understanding of work output
• Perio Knowledge: Familiarity with periodontal standards and measurements
• Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred for effective communication with diverse patients

Part-Time RDH Position

For a part-time RDH role (no benefits), we offer a competitive rate of $57-58/hr, with flexible scheduling and at least 3 weeks' notice for days off.

• Sick Time: Up to 40 hours annually
• PTO: Up to 40 hours in the first year, increasing thereafter
• Health Insurance: Company-sponsored plan with 50% coverage in year 1, 75% in year 2
