Job summary

Smile Exchange of Springfield is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our team. Whether you’re a new grad or an experienced hygienist, you’ll be valued, supported, and given opportunities for growth.

We offer around $50/hour with a $7,500 sign-on bonus, a 401K plan, and performance bonuses. Schedule is Monday to Friday with consistent hours to promote work-life balance.

Qualifications

• PA Dental Hygiene License required; new grads welcomed.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hygiene care: prophy, SRP, fluoride treatments, perio charting, and digital x-rays.
• Educate and empower patients to take control of their oral health.
• Collaborate with a supportive team in a welcoming environment.
