Our team is growth-oriented, productive, driven, positive, organized, and confident. We offer a compensation of $60-$65/hr depending on experience and a schedule of 3 days per week across both locations.

At Oceanside Dental Excellence, we believe wellness-based dental hygiene is the future of excellent dentistry. Our hygiene team focuses on guiding patients toward better health using tools such as laser therapy, Prophy-Jet, Air-Flow, Bristle, and Oral DNA diagnostics.

Responsibilities include:

1. Arriving 30 minutes before the first patient for the daily morning huddle.
2. Working with a motivated team to meet daily goals.
3. Caring for patients and listening to their needs.
4. Valuing team success over individual success.
5. Treating every patient with respect and kindness.
6. Improving daily essential tasks.
7. Supporting team members and assisting with tasks as needed.
