***$5,000 Sign on Bonus***

Competitive Pay: Strong total compensation starting at $50/hour+ depending on qualifications, PLUS bonus!

Schedule: Full Time, Tuesday-Friday 7:30am-5pm with guaranteed hours!

Sign on bonus: $5,000 paid after 60 days

  • Degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
  • CPR certification.
  • Certification in local anesthesia administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene related to the mouth-body connection, including:

  • Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes, maintain dental equipment and x-ray machine.
  • Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
  • Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
  • Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
  • Complete Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis.
  • Place fluoride varnish and sealants effectively.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for patient and team relations.
  • Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications

• Certification from an accredited Hygiene Program.

• Current CPR Certification.

• Leadership and strong communication skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
