General Overview

$5,000 Sign on Bonus

Competitive Pay: Starting at $45/hour and may increase based on experience + very lucrative bonus potential!
Schedule: Tuesday- 6:30am -5:00pm, Thurs - 12:30pm-7pm, Friday - 6:30am-1pm, with guaranteed hours!
Sign on bonus:$5,000 sign on bonus, paid after 60 days

• Ability to empathize and provide top-notch, positive, patient care while connecting with
  our diverse patient base.
• A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
• CPR certification.
• Certification in local anesthesia administration.

Responsibilities

As a Dental Hygienist, you will identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene of our patients as it relates to the mouth-body connection, including:

• Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine.
• Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
• Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
• Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
• Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis.
• Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants.
• Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.

Qualifications

•Current Current RDH licensure in Michigan or recieving licensure in the next 3 months

•Current CPR Certification.

•Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•We use Dentrix as dental software, previous experience is preferred.
