Acuna Dentistry in Winter Park, Florida is seeking a Part Time Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a caring, patient-centered team. This 2-day-per-week schedule offers work-life balance with Tuesday 6:45am–4:00pm and Thursday 6:45am–5:00pm, including a 1-hour lunch break.

Qualifikationen

• Active Florida Dental Hygienist license required.
• Excellent communication and patient-focused care.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

• Build relationships with patients for a comfortable, positive experience.
• Screen patients and provide quality care during check-ups.
• Educate patients in oral hygiene technique and care.
• Review patient history and charting.
• Administers prophylaxis and scales/polishes.
• Document areas of existing restorations and use of X-ray.
• Support the dentist with procedures as needed.

Acuna Dentistry is now hiring a Part Time Dental Hygienist (RDH) as they continue to provide quality care experiences to their patients!

Our patient-centered dental practice in Winter Park, Florida is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Hygienist to join our caring team.

New Hygienist grads are welcome to apply!

2 Days Per Week Part Time Dental Hygienist Schedule

Tuesday 6:45am - 4:00pm and Thursday 6:45am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience
• Screening patients and providing quality care during check-ups
• Educating patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene care
• Reviewing patient's history and charting
• Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
• Documents area of existing restorations
• Use of X-ray
• Support the dentist with procedures as needed

Qualifications

• Active Florida Dental Hygienist License
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Current BLS/CPR certifications
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
• New grads welcome to apply!
• 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience preferred
• Knowledgeable about perio health, comfortable with patient education, and competent with gum therapy
• Experience with dental practice software, Denticon preferred
