Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join TieTalent's dynamic, holistic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while ensuring optimal oral health. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, infection control, and patient assessment to deliver exceptional service in a friendly and professional environment. Duties

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages.
• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate oral health and identify potential issues.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
• Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and patient comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft or similar dental software.
• Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, including pediatrics and general dentistry services.
• Utilize medical imaging techniques as needed to support diagnosis and treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.
• Proficient in medical terminology, dental terminology, and infection control practices.
• Experience with patient care and assessment in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft or other dental practice management software is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients about their oral health.
