Join our team as a Dental Hygienist at Heartland Dental

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join Metro Dentalcare in West St. Paul. This full-time position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and the opportunity to work with modern technology such as AI, 5D Itero, and Curodont.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current MN dental hygienist license and relevant degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)
• Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR certification

Preferred Experience

• New graduates or experienced clinicians
• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, x-rays, and electronic records
• Desire to learn and grow clinically

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties, with or without accommodations
• Prolonged sitting and standing
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions
• TB test required prior to employment (excluding FL & TN)
