Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Licensure: Current dental hygienist license in Iowa
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital radiographs, intraoral photography, and dental practice management software
• Physical Ability: Ability to perform tasks requiring hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and physical movement (standing, sitting, bending, and lifting up to 35 lbs)
• Experience: Strong knowledge of dental hygiene practices, OSHA, HIPAA compliance, and infection control protocols
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, teamwork, and relationship-building abilities
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to the practice's philosophy and high standards of care
