Role Overview

As a Dental Hygienist, you will be a vital member of our patient care team, providing exceptional care and advocating for patients' dental health. Supported by our Hygiene mentor program and educational resources, you will be empowered to deliver outstanding lifetime care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current or soon-to-be licensed dental hygienist in Wisconsin with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

• Any clinical experience.
• Experience with digital tools like Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, and electronic records.
• Desire for ongoing learning and skill enhancement.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods.
• Capability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for periodic training sessions.
