Midwest Dental Waunakee, part of Smile Brands, is expanding its clinical team and welcoming a Dental Hygienist to join a collaborative, patient‑centered practice in Waunakee, Wisconsin. You\'ll deliver preventive care using the latest technology and contribute to high standards of care.

Qualifications

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding preventive and periodontal care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, screenings, periodontal charting, radiographs, and preventive treatments.
• Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations that improve long-term outcomes.
• Partner closely with doctors and the dental team to provide seamless, patient-focused care.
• Build trust with patients while creating positive experiences that keep them returning for years to come.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday 8am-4:30p, Tuesday 8am-4:30pm, Wednesday 8am-4:30pm, Thursday 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co‑diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Create a welcoming, judgement‑free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
