Gentle Dental is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist for a full-time role in Renton, WA. You will provide preventive and periodontal care, educate patients on lifelong oral health, and work with dentists to craft personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Current Washington Dental Hygiene license (or ability to obtain).
• Current CPR certification.
• Local anesthesia certification (or ability to obtain if required).
• Passion for patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive and periodontal care and educate patients on lifelong oral health.
• Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, oral cancer screenings, and preventive therapies.
• Collaborate with dentists and the clinical team to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Build trusting, long-term relationships to encourage education, treatment acceptance, and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold infection control standards.
