Gentle Dental Fairwood in Renton, WA is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist for a full-time role. You’ll provide preventive and periodontal care with clinical autonomy, supported by a collaborative team and modern technology.

You’ll earn $75–$80/hour with an uncapped monthly bonus and a $5,000 signing bonus. Washington license, CPR, and local anesthesia certification are required, with a path to professional growth within a leading Northwest dental group.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Current Washington Dental Hygiene license (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
• Current CPR certification.
• Local anesthesia certification (or ability to obtain if required by state regulations).
• Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care while educating patients on lifelong oral health.
• Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, oral cancer screenings, and preventive therapies.
• Collaborate with dentists and the clinical team to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Build trusting, long-term relationships that encourage patient education, treatment acceptance, and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care and infection control.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment focused on clinical excellence and outstanding patient experiences.
