Job description

Dental Arts of South Jersey is a multi-doctor, specialty office looking to hire a part-time Dental Hygienist for our office located in Voorhees, New Jersey.

Position Overview:

This role focuses on delivering high-quality dental care through comprehensive oral health services and patient education. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of providing top-tier oral health care, enhancing patients' quality of life, and building lasting community relationships. Work Schedule:

Tuesday and Thursday: 9 am – 5 pm

What we offer: For Part Time

• Pay: $48.00 – $52.00 per hour
• Monthly bonus opportunities

Previous experience is a plus, but new hygiene grads are encouraged to apply. The Hygienist must have an active Hygiene license for NJ. New grads should be in the process of obtaining their license. Local anesthesia license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams, treatments, and take dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and sterilization protocols

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
• License: Active NJ Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
