Experience Requirements

• Excellent understanding of dental hygiene procedures
• Ability to complete comprehensive periodontal assessments and educate patients on oral health
• Efficiently capture diagnostic-quality x-rays
• Knowledge of aseptic and sterilization techniques
• Understanding of OSHA and HIPAA guidelines in accordance with Alabama Dental Board regulations
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance
• Excellent customer service skills to help reduce patient dental anxiety
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Certification Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Valid Alabama state license
• Valid CPR certification

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Hours: Monday-Wednesday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm; Thursday 7:45 am - 2:00 pm
• Hourly rate: Competitive, based on experience
