Job summary

Johnson Family Dental – Ventura, part of Smile Brands – is seeking a licensed dental hygienist to deliver high-quality preventive care and educate patients on oral health. You’ll work with a collaborative team in a private-practice feel backed by a supportive organization, with company-paid CE and opportunities for skill growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
• Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.

Schedule (days/hours)

M-F 8am-5pm

Compensation

$62-$67 per hour
