Job summary

Johnson Family Dental in California is seeking a Dental Hygienist to help patients achieve healthier smiles and better overall health, practicing at the top of your scope and building meaningful relationships with patients within a collaborative dental team. Whether you’re experienced or new graduate, you’ll have access to clinical support and continuing education to grow your skills.

Schedule: Mon–Fri plus 2 Saturdays; pay: $58–$62/hr; company-paid CE and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient care, education and prevention.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
• Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.

Compensation
