Arlington Dental Group in Upper Arlington, OH is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our Hygiene team in a full-time role. The position offers a competitive hourly rate, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for professional growth.

You will perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, radiographs, patient education, and charting, while maintaining infection control and delivering patient-centered care; a strong focus on preventative care and building lasting patient

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the applicable state required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing.
• Conduct periodontal charting and thorough patient assessments.
• Take and review digital radiographs (X-rays).
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventative treatments.
• Identify and communicate areas of concern to the doctor.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Create a comfortable and positive experience for patients.
