Location

Uniontown, PA

Responsibilities

1. Schedule and manage hygiene patients.
2. Complete preliminary clinic forms and review medical histories.
3. Provide patient education on oral health.
4. Perform prophylaxis procedures such as scaling and polishing.
5. Take and process radiographs as needed.
6. Apply topical fluoride to children.
7. Assist with first aid procedures.
8. Maintain recall system and send appointment reminders.
9. Maintain CPR certification.
10. Assist with duties delegated to dental assistants when needed.

Minimum Requirements

1. Dental Hygiene license, X-Ray Certification; Public Health License preferred.
2. Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene (Bachelor's preferred).
3. Current PA State License.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy Rule.
6. Current CPR Certification.
