Job summary

Midwest Dental Union Grove is seeking a Dental Hygienist to help patients achieve healthier smiles and better overall health. You will practice at the top of your scope and work with a collaborative dental team.

New grads are welcome. Comp: $50-$55/hour plus hygiene commission; benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, HSA, telemedicine, FSAs, life and disability insurance, 401k and complimentary CE.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
• Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.

As a Dental Hygienist, at Midwest Dental Union Grove, you'll play an important role in helping patients achieve healthier smiles and better overall health. Schedule (days/hours)

Monday and Tuesday 8am-6pm, Wednesday's and Thursday's 7:30am-4pm

Compensation

$50-$55 per hour plus hygiene comp
