Job summary

Samuel Staffing in Oconomowoc, WI is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team, delivering periodontal therapy and preventive care while educating patients about oral health.

You will collaborate with dentists, maintain schedules, and ensure a warm patient experience; active dental hygiene license and Dentrix experience preferred; salary $45–$50 per hour; schedule includes Mon–Sat with two Saturdays per month.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygiene license in good standing with the State Dental Board.
• 2+ years of experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.
• Proficiency with dental software; Dentrix experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide periodontal therapy and preventive care following all state dental board regulations.
• Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease prevention, and the connection between oral and systemic health.
• Document periodontal conditions and collaborate with the dentist to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Partner with the team to maintain efficient schedules, deliver an exceptional patient experience, and ensure the practice and equipment remain in excellent condition.

• Thurs 8–7pm
• Fri 8–2pm
• Sat 8–2pm (2 Saturdays/month)

Compensation:

$45–$50/hr
