Help Wanted: Dental Hygienist (Split Time General & Periodontal Practices)

Location: Oak Creek WI and Franklin WI

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time (Split Between Two Practices)

Position Overview

Are you a passionate and patient-focused Dental Hygienist looking for a unique opportunity to grow your skills in both general dentistry and periodontics? Join our friendly, collaborative team, and enjoy the best of both worlds! ForwardDental Care Oak Creek South Main and Advanced Dental Specialists Franklin are in need of a hygienist.

Schedule & Compensation

Open to Full or Part-time! Flexible hours or split your week between our office and our perio office in Franklin.

Pay: $40-$52/hourly + Daily Bonus Opportunity

Full-Time Benefits include: Health, Vision, PTO, 401K, and much more!

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Associates or Bachelors degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and enhance clinical skills

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations
• Prolonged sitting and standing
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions

Note: A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires, arranged during pre-employment, except in FL & TN.
