Job summary

Gentle Dental Surprise is seeking a Dental Hygienist in Surprise, AZ for a full-time role with a $5,000 signing bonus. Compensated at $55–$65/hour plus an uncapped bonus plan, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families. Established patient base and clinical autonomy within a supportive team.

Schedule is full-time, 4 or 5 days per week, at 15601 W. Bell Road, Suite 202, Surprise.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Current Arizona Dental Hygienist License or ability to obtain one by start of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Applicable local certifications, including anesthesia certification as required.
