Gentle Dental in Arizona is seeking a Dental Hygienist for full-time employment in Surprise. The role offers an hourly rate of $55–$65 with an uncapped bonus plan and a $5,000 signing bonus.

You will work with a collaborative team focused on patient care and clinical excellence. Requirements include graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program, current AZ Dental Hygienist license or ability to obtain, CPR certification, and any local anesthesia certifications as required.

What We Offer

• $5,000 Signing Bonus
• Hourly rate of $55–$65 per hour plus an uncapped bonus plan

Schedule

Full Time, 4 or 5 days per week

Position Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Current Arizona Dental Hygienist License, or ability to obtain one by the start of employment

• Applicable local certifications, including anesthesia certification as required
