• Active Missouri Dental Hygiene License required.
• Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene, Bachelor's preferred.
• Current CPR Certification and commitment to continuing education.

Reports to: Practice Operations Manager & Doctor

Pay: Hourly + Lucrative Monthly Bonus Potential

Hours: Monday–Friday, 30–40 hours/week

About The Role

We’re seeking a skilled and caring Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative and supportive dental team. Our hygienists are encouraged to take ownership of their schedule, help create a comfortable atmosphere for patients, and work alongside our doctors to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and document patients’ medical and dental histories
• Partner with doctors to provide personalized, comprehensive treatment planning
• Educate patients on periodontal health and its link to overall health
• Perform periodontal charting, scaling, root planing, and preventive treatments
• Apply fluoride, sealants, and other protective treatments
• Assist in maintaining efficient scheduling and a smooth clinical workflow
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Dental Hygiene License
• Current CPR Certification
• Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• A commitment to continuing education and professional development
