Job summary

Elite Dental Partners is hiring a Dental Hygienist to join our dentist-led, patient-centric team in St. Louis, MO. You’ll provide preventive care, educate patients on periodontal health, and work with the Dentist to develop treatment plans while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active dental hygiene license with no adverse actions.
• Excellent communication with team and patients.
• Experience with dental software; Dentrix preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodontal prophylaxis and hygiene procedures.
• Educate patients on oral health and periodontal links.
• Chart conditions and assist Dentist in treatment planning.
• Collaborate with team to ensure great patient experience and maintain equipment.

Compensation & Incentives :

• Compensation: $45 - $50 with uncapped bonus earning potential

Responsibilities:

• Perform periodontal procedures in a manner that is best for the patient in accordance with all state dental board requirements


• Educate patients on strategies to prevent, diagnose, and treat periodontal disease as well as maintaining their oral health. Discuss the links between periodontal conditions and overall systemic health


• Chart conditions of periodontal disease for collaboration with the Dentist to develop the appropriate treatment plan


• Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment

Qualifications

• Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board with no adverse actions


• Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients


• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software, experience with Dentrix preferred
