Elite Dental Partners is hiring a Dental Hygienist for Starlite Smiles in Henderson, KY. The role focuses on patient-centered periodontal care, education, and collaborative treatment planning within a supportive dentist-led organization.

Competenze

• Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board with no adverse actions
• Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software, experience with Dentrix preferred

• Perform periodontal procedures in a patient-centered manner compliant with state board requirements
• Educate patients on preventing and treating periodontal disease and links to systemic health
• Chart conditions of periodontal disease with Dentist to develop treatment plans

• Compensation: $40 - $45 with uncapped bonus earning potential

Responsibilities

• Perform periodontal procedures in a manner that is best for the patient in accordance with all state dental board requirements
• Educate patients on strategies to prevent, diagnose, and treat periodontal disease as well as maintaining their oral health. Discuss the links between periodontal conditions and overall systemic health
• Chart conditions of periodontal disease for collaboration with the Dentist to develop the appropriate treatment plan
• Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment

Qualifications

• Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board with no adverse actions
• Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software, experience with Dentrix preferred
