About Dental Care at Palladium: Like each Heartland Dental supported office, it is unique to the community and the patients served. With the support of a practice manager, a highly trained on-site team, and a vast network of experts nationwide, you’ll be fully connected to all resources and support of Heartland Dental. Join a 12-person team that thrives on collaboration, communication, and community.

Minimum Qualifications: Current dental hygienist license in North Carolina, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required), excellent knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, medical history documentation, CPR certification.

Preferred Experience: New grads and experienced hygienists encouraged to apply. Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records. Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills. Clinical needs as required by the office.

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations. Prolonged sitting and standing. Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds. Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions periodically. TB test required prior to employment, arranged during pre-employment. Not applicable in FL & TN.
