Carus Dental San Marcos is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Work Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday 8am-5pm; Friday 8am-4pm

About Carus Dental San Marcos

Located at 301 W. Hopkins Street, San Marcos, Texas 78666, Carus Dental San Marcos is part of Heartland Dental’s network, supporting a 7-person team that values collaboration, communication, and community. Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Texas and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records
• Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills
• Meeting office-specific clinical needs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations
• Prolonged sitting and standing
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions
• TB test required prior to employment, except in FL & TN
