Dental Hygienist Wanted – $10,000 Sign-On Bonus! RLJ Dental – Neenah, WI

Our amazing hygienist is transferring to a location closer to home, and we’re looking for someone just as exceptional to take their place! If you’re passionate about patient care, customer service, and teamwork, we would love to meet you.

Schedule: Monday – Wednesday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Thursday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM. Enjoy a consistent 4-day workweek with early starts and early finishes!

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in Wisconsin

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license in WI
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills
• Ability to meet clinical needs as required by the office

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged sitting and standing
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically
