Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Perform dental hygiene procedures such as cleanings, scaling, root planing (SRP), and adjunctive treatments.
2. Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health maintenance, including brushing, flossing, plaque control, nutrition, and preventive care.
3. Collaborate with the Dental Team: Work with dentists and staff to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
4. Patient Comfort & Communication: Ensure patient comfort, address concerns, and foster positive relationships.
5. Maintain Clinical Documentation: Keep accurate records of treatments and patient interactions.
6. Infection Control & Safety: Follow strict protocols to ensure safety for all.
7. Manage Patient Flow: Effectively handle a schedule of 8-12 patients daily, balancing quality and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

1. Education & Licensure: Degree or certificate in dental hygiene from an accredited program and valid state license.
2. Experience: Prior experience preferred but not required; new graduates encouraged to apply.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills with a compassionate approach.
