Job description

Role: Dental Hygienist responsible for providing personalized patient care, education, and promoting oral health in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities: Build lasting patient relationships, collaborate with the clinical team, perform dental hygiene procedures, educate patients, and contribute to quality dentistry.
Qualifications & Skills: Current Minnesota dental hygienist license, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, knowledge of dental procedures, CPR certification, and excellent communication skills. Experience with digital tools and a desire for professional growth are preferred.
Key Duties: Deliver thorough, personalized dental hygiene care, work collaboratively with team members, participate in ongoing training, and support the practice’s mission to prioritize patients and team members.
