Qualifications

Role:

Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care, educate patients on oral health, build trusting relationships, collaborate with the clinical team, and deliver exceptional patient experiences. Support autonomy in practicing at the top of your license and develop clinical skills through mentorship and continuing education.

Qualifications & Skills:

Current hygiene license in Minnesota, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification required. Experience with digital tools and a desire for growth preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 pounds and prolonged sitting/standing.
